Helen Keller Festival 2024
Join us in celebrating the incredible life of Helen Keller in Tuscumbia, AL, the town where she grew up. There will be live music, art and craft vendors, tasty food, and more throughout the weekend.

Christmas Hike Along the River 2023
Get ready for the 3rd annual ranger-led hike along the riverbank on the Island Loop Trail at Pickwick Landing State Park.

Trax4MAX 5K Turkey Trot & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
On Thanksgiving morning, Trax4MAX will be having a 5K Turkey Trot and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk in memory of Max Burnett. The race will be benefitting YCMA of The Shoals. There will also be a costume contest and prizes!

Food Truck Tailgate
The first-ever Muscle Shoals Food Truck Tailgate will be on November 18th at the City Hall Amphitheater. SEC football games will be screening from 12:00-6:00 PM. There will be 15 food trucks ready to serve you their most delicious specialties.

Life Without Limits 1/2 Marathon and 5k
Get ready for the Life Without Limits Half Marathon, 5K, and a 1-mile Fun Run in Florence, AL. This is a fundraising event benefitting United Cerebral Palsy of North Alabama and the Helping Hands Foundation

Muscle Shoals High School Trunk 'N' Treat
The MSHS Key Club and Anchor Club are co-sponsoring the very first MSHS Trunk N' Treat in the MSHS parking lot on Friday, October 27 from 5:00-7:30 PM. This event will be for children ages 3-12, and will take place during the MSHS Trojan football off-week!

Fall Festival in Bear Creek, AL
This year will be the 2nd Annual Fall Festival at Twin Forks Park in Bear Creek, AL. Proceeds from the festival will be going to Eldridge Children’s Home.

Marine Corps League 4th Annual Car & Truck Show
The Marine Corps League will host its 4th Annual Car Show as a fundraiser for Toys for Tots on October 21, 2023, at the Clarion Inn.

Kickstands Up for Domestic Violence Awareness Poker Scramble
The Colbert County DVRC will host a Kickstands Up for Domestic Violence Awareness Poker Scramble on October 14. The ride starts and ends at Pavilion 4 in Spring Park, Tuscumbia.

Kids Loving Kids Motorcycle Toy Run
Attention motorcycle riders, a toy run for Kids Loving Kids will be on September 30th. Bring unwrapped toys, gift cards, and any donations as you ride to Spirit Life Church at 1650 St. Joseph Drive, Cullman Al. Be there by noon for a great lunch and live music by the Cooter Brown Band.

Town of Rogersville Fall Fest
The Town of Rogersville is hosting its annual fall fest event on Saturday, September 30, 2023. They will be having 4 amazing bands performing that day, and there are more vendors than they have ever had at an event.

Shoals 3 State Ride
The Shoals 3 State Ride is a premier cycling event held in "The Shoals" for the 4th year. It is the same as the Handy 100 bike ride of years past, but now it's much cooler weather and more ride options!

Crush Wine & Food Festival
The 9th annual Crush Wine & Food Festival will be at Big Spring Park in Downtown Huntsville on September 23rd. Festival-goers can expect an elevated experience with a chef demo stage, a silent disco, and more wine, spirits, beer, and regional vendors than ever before

Sweetwater Days 2023
Sweetwater Days begins next Saturday, August 26, from 11:00 am-3:00 pm. The family-friendly event will feature the Sweetwater local businesses, music, vendors, and more.

NWSCC 5k & Fun Run
To kick off the celebration of National Adult Education and Family Literacy week, September 18-22, Northwest Shoals Community College (NWSCC) will hold the inaugural NWSCC Run for Reading 5K and Family Fun Run at the Shoals campus on Saturday, September 16th.

North Alabama State Fair 2023
The 2023 North Alabama State Fair will be from September 11-17. There will be all-new entertainment as well as classic events. This entertainment includes a circus, a magic show, a demolition derby, a petting zoo, a raptor show, and livestock shows!

Catfish Derby & Riverfest
The Catfish Derby & Riverfest is back this year with another great lineup of musical talent, including headliner Jo Dee Messina presently on her Heads Carolina-Tails California Greatest Hits tour. We are thrilled that Savannah, Tennessee, is part of her iconic tour!

22 A Day Benefit Ride & Car Show
The Teddy Bear Foundation is hosting its 2nd Annual 22 A Day Benefit motorcycle ride on Saturday, September 9th, 2023. This year there will be a car show, live music, food, and local vendors. Proceeds from the event go directly into the community to help local Veterans.

Sweetwater Days 2023
Sweetwater Days begins next Saturday, August 26, from 11:00 am-3:00 pm. The family-friendly event will feature the Sweetwater local businesses, music, vendors, and more.

Outreach Outdoors Field Day
Outreach Outdoors will be having their 15th annual Field Day. Field Day is an educational event where children engage in activities that promote an appreciation for the outdoors.

Listerhill Foundation Golf Tournament
The Listerhill Foundation is having its 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, August 25 at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at the Shoals to benefit Kicks for Kids.

Muscle Shoals Songwriters Foundation Bass Fishing Tournament
The Shoals, Alabama is not only known for its musical magic, but we are surrounded by some of the best “honey hole” fishing spots in the country. Join us for the Muscle Shoals Songwriters Foundation Bass Fishing Tournament and Muscle Shoals Songwriters Festival Boat Party.

3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
The Rescue Me Project will be holding a 3 on 3 basketball tournament at their center in Sheffield, Alabama. Registration and Admission are FREE!
